Three steps, one yardstick
Bill check
Four numbers from the electricity bill. Is the use normal for a house like yours, and what does the difference cost a year? Every number with its source and certainty, no sign-up.
Bill report
The check as a dated report with a ready letter to the installer, next steps and your rights under the warranty. Right after payment.
Expert report
From the system's own data, co-signed by a licensed expert. For when a bill is not enough. In ten working days.
What success looks like
Before: 50 · Act
Curve too steep, hot water too hot, backup heater kicking in.
Do the maths
How it works
Measure
Heat meter, else the unit's flow sensor, else a temperature model, always labelled by method.
Diagnose
Six typical configuration faults, cheapest fix first, with estimated saving.
Verify
Before and after compared at the same weather. Saving in kWh and euros. Certificate.
For installers, managers and insurers
The same measurement per machine: a risk score that says which unit will cause trouble this winter, and a certificate that proves the handover.

What the law requiresDE · EU
Germany
Installer warranty: up to five years (§ 634a BGB); a seasonal efficiency below the promise is a defect. GModG §60a: mandatory check from six units, including measured efficiency. Subsidy file: the proofs must hold.
EU
EU building directive 2024/1275: new residential buildings need continuous electronic efficiency monitoring from May 2026.
